Refund policy
At Glam It Up Beauty, your satisfaction matters to us. We carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy.
Returns: We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@glamitupbeauty.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or partially used products. Please check your order carefully before opening the packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original, unopened condition, we will inspect it and process a refund only if the product was defective or damaged during shipping. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. A replacement will be sent only if a defective or damaged item claim is approved.
